Can you send me the personnel records (service records) for this person?

No. We are not the US Navy or the National Personnel Records Center, so we do not have any personnel records, or any other information about naval personnel. Please see the US Navy FAQ - Locating Records of Personnel for information about getting personnel records. Note: By law records can only be released to the individual whose records they are, or if that individual is deceased, their next of kin.
