Endion (No. 707) was purchased by the Navy and commissioned on 1 May 1917, Chief Boatswain F. R. Neal, USNRF, in command. She was employed on patrol in the 1st Naval District throughout the First World War. Stricken from the Navy List on 6 October 1919, she was subsequently sold.
