USS Hubbard During WWII

[Back] Hubbard arrived at Green Cove Springs, Florida on 12 November 1945, three months after her conversion had been completed. Here she was inactivated and preserved ("mothballed"), and on 15 March 1945 she was placed out of commission and moored in the St. John's River reserve fleet. She remained in reserve until 1 May 1966, when she was stricken from the Naval Vessels Register. She was later sold and broken up for scrap. [Next]
