A city in New York State.

The light draft monitor Cohoes was still building at the close of the Civil War
and saw no service. Laid up at League Island, Pa., from 1867 until sold in July
1874, her name was changed to Charybdis 15 June 1869 and back to Cohoes
19 August 1869.
